One of the first metal track I have ever learned. Rythmics on Set the World on Fire are just fantastic, and Mangini plays No Zone effortlessly and flawlessly on this video.

Track isnt that hard, but he adds his usual craziness to it plus a couple of nice tricks.

It's called "one handed roll" technique, and when you master it you can play a roll like that or even at higher speed :D

Check out Johhnny Rabb and Mike Mangini's videos to know more about this technique, it's not that hard to learn, just a question of balance and exercise (like most of the drum techniques).
