@vagopublico Zangief has certain areas of invincibility with his lariats. All it means is that you can't just toss those ultras at random against him. I should note that for Boxer, all he'd have to do is punch upward instead of straight and it'd work.

Against Zangief you don't use ultras that way. Nothing buggy about this. Balrog ultras out of headbutt. Ryu ultras out of shoryuken etc. You could make a similar video with Ryu shoryukening out of everything, that's what the move is for.

Also, you listed the same thing like 6 times. Seth and Dhalsim extend their hitboxes with those long arm punches, meaning that you're next to them when the arms reach you. That you see this as bugs just show you don't know how this game works. Horrible video

"Random pokes that won't hit" are actually a pretty big part of fighting games. Some of the limb tricks are pretty useful in Seth and Dhalsim matchups and there are a few that aren't shown in this video. At very least, the matchups where there are lots of opportunities for such tricks to happen limit these characters from playing as they usually might.
