Make an update !. I've actually have mane and tail , and instead of the nourish hair vitamins I get folic acid and the Beauty pak from gnc witch is supposed to make your hair grow . I massage my hair in the shower . deep condition it every two days . Wash my hair every two days . I lay off the heat products on weekdays . My hair is currently almost to my boobs or alil past my shoulders , for summer I would love my hair to be past My boobs at about my rib cage . About 17 inches . Do you think my

don't buy hair extensions from sallys beauty. they are fannnntastic but super expensive. go to ebay be very specific about remi hair and human hair alll that jazz. you can get any length for 50 bucks or less. and theyre really good
