This video is possibly very misleading. We see nothing of what started the altercation. Ms. Laugier is obviously struggling, fighting and cursing at the cops. I don't know what exactly makes people think they have the right to be wherever and do whatever they want while screaming "I'm a journalist!" and that makes it all ok.
