@eyanvenom No you can. They're just extremaly hard to get a hold of. In the U.S. they also require a Short Barreled Rifle premit (SBR) which means roughly $200 bucks to uncle sam and 2+ months of paper work just to get the governments aproval. then you have to confence H and K to hand one over which is even harder. So yes you can but good luck I'm trying to get a g36k and I'm on month 4 and haven't gotten anywhere.
call the RCMP at 1800-731-4000 for info, some guns have there owen laws . yip thats canadian gun laws. lol. but theres loop holes on some guns.so call to find out.remember are canadian gun law come form people who have never fired a shot, so they dont make sence.lol
@tobya003 You do need a license to buy a gun in Canada. And there's even two levels, PAL and RPAL depending on what firearms you want to acquire and if they're even legal here. Magazine restrictions, length restrictions, semi auto only... blah blah list goes on. Some US States it's a 3 day wait if you're a citizen. Here though, much more complicated to get a firearms license.
You are so lucky to have original manufactured firearm, here in the US we have to follow the 922r compliance law where importer or seller has to replace some of the original parts with inferior US made parts.

@eyanvenom MUCH cheaper than either ACR or SCAR...and I assume you mean the 5.56 versions of both rifles. The 7.62 and 6.8 versions are different
