Having the brass out front does take time to get use to. Back in the day, the MM100, director would adjust our instrument placement based upon what type of march we were playing.We were use to switching from woodwinds in front to brass in front the next year. GV,has always had low brass out front (trombones etc).The style of march they play, This year "The Boys of the Old Brigade" pretty much demands it as it does with
"Arnhem" and Carry On" and "Bb and Cf".

Yes he did just as he was moving to the front center of the band. Otherwise he had a very good routine!

Another good job by the Scarlet Brigade. I liked the letters better myself. And where are the rest of the kids? The band used to be huge, actually too big. Hope the school is supporting the band.

Really liked your march! Do not like the banner. Please go back to your letters. Seriously, you must have a good reason for not using letters this year. My personal preference is letters for the i.d. unit!

we're not using the letters this year because a lot of them werent good at it.soo we decided to take them out.
