I think Scott did a great job and Rand faltered a bit in the last two parts. I don't understand this double standard with our leaders. That doesn't set a good example for the country when the wealthy and powerful can get away with murder. I don't even think his answer was any good in explaining why he thinks its a good thing to "move forward". There is no moving forward from turning a blind eye to tyranny.
