FROM THE TIME THE FIRE STARTS IT'S "FLAMING STAGE" TO THE TIME EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM REACHES ITS IGNITION TEMP IS O N L Y ABOUT 2 MINUTES 30 SECONDS. NOT MUCH TIME TO GET OUT AT ALL

THE FIRE SERVICE CALLS IT A FLASHOVER

Because we always get waken up in the middle of the night by that stupid thing that goes off all the times (even if there isn't fire), I knew it was the smoke alarm at once!

That's also the reason that we screw them down from the ceiling...

@Superfloor95 Then it needs replaced... my carbon monoxide alarm did to so I replaced that....most alarms are only good for a maximum of 10 yrs HOWEVER household dust and dirt can shorten their life... I SUGGEST YOU REPLACE IT. THE SMALL COST CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE AND MAYBE YOUR FAMILIES LIVES

OMG Fire scares the F---- out of me! I saw this ep of Webster when I was little where he takes a science kit from this toy drive or something and hides it in his closet and it catches fire! I used to have a room in the basement when I was a teen and was so afraid that there would be a fire. uh! This vid is right, fire can go quickly, anyone see the film of the station nightclub ire? 'nuff said.
