  • "sheeting" lol

  • i remember seeing this movie (groove tube) in a drive-in theatre in the early 70's in the detroit area. laughed so hard, made me cry.

  • 5 people are constipated..

  • Push 6 to make yourself puke.

  • Today, Brown 25 is responsible for paving the nations highways, fertilizing gardens, and the cast of "Jersey Shore".

  • And the nutritional value of BEEF STEW

  • its funny when it hits the dolls eye

  • 0:44

  • hahahaha ewww

  • If men are from Mars and women are from Venus,is it fair to ASSume as*holes like Obama and his administration are from Uranus?

  • I watched this movie with my dad on Spotlight, or HBO when I was 7 or 8, in '80 or '81.

  • Lol xD!!!

  • get it ur anus hahah

  • Amazing stuff!

    Brown 25 is da Shit!

  • brown 25 brown 25

  • You don't see good old fashioned bathroom humor like this anymore.

  • wat

  • when you got to the airport and go through security screening give the TSA employee that searches you a plie of "BROWN 25" !

  • Awesome film, takes the piss out of corporate consumerism and the American "Great Society" vision of the 60s, the funding for which got diverted into the waste of Vietnam (suc muk dik). Satire at its basest and most enjoyable level. 5 stars, Margaret.

  • Could I have some beef stew?

  • wtf LOL

  • It's a classic! A drive-in or a living room, it still cracks me up. That was the era of ground breaking flicks. Blazing Saddles, Cheech & Chong, Animal House...too many to list them all.=]

  • @mooncrsher There were also the Monty Python and John Waters flicks , .. in fact, THIS here seems almost like the sort of thing that the latter mentioned there would've thought up back then ( something outrageous and gross ).

  • My Dad took me and my sisters to see this when it came out...we were in high school. We all laughed so hard we cried. My Dad was always my protector until that day...then he became my hero!

  • Tasteless -- but love the spacey music

  • LOL... What can Brown do for you?

  • well... at least there's a scientist working in my butt

  • im putting drywall on my house and i was wondering where i could get some of this brown 25?

  • I would love a t-shirt with the Brown 25 logo on it!

  • Uranus was bought out by the goverment and now all GM, and Chrysler cars are built with Brown 25. But there really is no change in quality.

  • hahaha never seen this before, pretty funny

  • The streagnth of steel!!!!!

  • a team of scientists working at Uranus

  • Puerile and hilarious and I'm supposed to be too old for this sh*t.

  • Another fine product from Uranus!

  • They really did make these look like actual comercials from this period !

  • siiiiiick! lol

  • I saw this movie in the theater in the 70's. I have thought about brown 25 at times over the years when taking a dump. Now I see its on youtube.

  • 1 doll, 1 hand, 1 cup

  • was that like, real poop, or soemthing like chocolate or something?

  • Would have been a great Super Bowl Commercial!!!

  • I remembered this bit from when I saw the movie in a theater, but it only just now occurred to me to look for it on YouTube.

    Still funny!

  • Rifftrax needs to Riff "Brown 25"!

  • Rifftrax says from 0:44-0:46...

    HERSHEY SQUIRTS!!!!!

    Time for Kaopectate!!!

  • HALARIUOS!

  • they were working at my anus :D

  • O.O

  • "The Groove Tube" and "Kentucky Fried Movie" came out a couple of years of each other. Both included parodies of TV shows, commericals & movies. Will NASA have to send a proctologist on the next space shuttle to finally find out if there really are rings around Uranus?

  • I worked in the theatre when this came out. Needless to say that I had it memorized.

  • This clip should be dedicated to the memory of Ronald Reagan!

  • Why? Because it's full of shit? I figured that would fit better with "global warming." Especially now that a major British climate lab's emails have been hacked, proving that they've deliberately suppressed data that disagrees with their well-funded "theories."

  • Dude! It was 35 years ago!

I was 13 and I couldn't watch it for several years cuz of my dad too

    But you gotta move on!

    ;-D

  • I remember seeing this movie posted on the bulletin at the drive-in theatre.. all the older kids on the street were talking about it , but I was too young and "banned" by parents from seeing it..

I felt like I was really missing out, the older kids had go-carts and "mini-bikes".. looked like they were having a blast, but we were too young to hang out with them.

  • fun

  • Uranus-supplier of this "Brown 25" to Chinese Industries everywhere.

Contains plenty of lead and sulfer too!

And strange as this sounds, scientists found TONS of Brown 25 inside ALL Washington politicians' brains too!

  • hahaha this is great >:D

  • In 1974, a friend of mine managed the Fine Arts Theatre in Snyder Plaza in Dallas, TX. He installed a pipe organ and would play 20s music on it during intermission. I would go to the show near the end and wait for the intermission to hear him play. When they ran this movie, I always liked to watch the audiences reaction to the different parts over and over again.

  • In later years, Ive often thot what a perfect metaphor this movie, and this clip in particular, is for the decade of the 1970s—the Cesspool of the 20th Century—the most culturally worthless decade ever. In the 50s, we watched classy people in glorious Technicolor driving snazzy cars. In the 70s, we watched a representation of fecal material (being the 70s, maybe it was the real thing) issue from a pipe—complete with Stagflation and poor quality color.

  • and let's not forget disco!

  • @VictrolaJazz That's certainly one way to view this.

  • Developed at Uranus XD

  • classic!!

  • xD lol

  • I heard the obama gave the Uranus Corp. 28 billion in bailouts.

  • I remember watching this on HBO at home on a weekend night with my sister. I think we did some real brown 25 in our pants from laughing so hard... that and Cramp Shortening were instant classics

  • I think this movie is funnier if you're a little older because we remember when t.v. actually looked like this.

  • 2 girls, 1 cup, and plenty of Brown 25

  • this movie was a pissa! this was shown with Kentucky Fried movie

  • That is just sick and NASTY! You make people with OCD upset and it's too much for them to handle.

  • Who's forcing them to watch it?

  • Never seems to be a shortage of Brown 25 coming from the US Congress.

  • LOL!!! The world we live in is like toilet paper because shit happens!

  • uh... e-squeeze me I think you labled ur vid wrong its not uranus as in the planet its your anus as in.....you know

  • Pardon me, I need to take my "browns" to the super bowl!!!

  • I have to go take a Brown 25

  • I knew that was poop because there is a clue in the clip. The clue is that when the man said that Brown 25 is used for sheeting, he meant "shitting"

  • @lamccaugh I was thinking more of the way the stuff was coming out of the pipe alone, that should've been a better clue than any.

  • ah FUCK you just made me hirl all over my new fken laptop THAKS

  • This clip is from the cult classic "The Groove Tube" 1974 with Chevy Chase in one of his first films, I have it on DVD. If you like this kind of 1970's satirical skit humor then you'll also like "Kentucky Fried Movie" 1977, I have it on DVD also. Check Ebay or Amazon if you're interested because they would have both these movies.

  • This was utterly disgusting.

    But hilarious.

  • i like to poop

  • I remember when I caught The Groove Tube and The Kentucky Fried Movie on a double bill at the South Trail Drive In.

    I miss those days.

  • Its 2008!! Everything is made out of Brown 25.

  • When I first saw this in the theater, there was an earthquake and the theater was evacuated. It happened during the Channel One News part. When it was over, we all went back in and they resumed the film. I have never laughed this hard for any movie. Brown 25 is a blast!

  • Definitely a blast. Especially at about 0:45seconds into the film. HA!

  • When I saw this in the theater, I laughed so hard I lost my breath!!! It's one of my favorite movie going memories.

    Thanks for posting it!

  • This clip is from the 1974 movie "The Groove Tube", not the 1977 movie "The Kentucky Fried Movie". I'm responding to the "mrsoulsang" comment.

  • I remember watching this for the first time with my sister in NY in the 70's. I was about 13. We both laughed so hard, we cried. It's still funny as hell. Kentuky fried movie! UA theater Lefrak city. Good old days!!!

  • Oh god I miss the midnight movies of the 70s!! Now all we have is political correct bullshit. Thanks for the video.
