Not only is it fucking horrible to fly the chopper or jets with a controller, arguably aim with the controller .. You have bigger maps on Pc, with more people. I think you have more than twice the amount of players possible on PC. 24 is the limit for console, 64 is the limit on PC.

@Bl4ckFi3ld A friend of mine is playing it with a Dual Core 3,2ghz , and says it runs very smooth on low .. but to be honest, I had the same processor before I bought my quadcore and it just wasn't fun online.

I've got a AMD Phenom something, but if you can/want to get an Intel, go for it. They're faster, but also more expensive. I got an AMD because my Mainboard has an AM3 socket and I didn't want to buy a new mainboard as well.

It's really helpful in the beginning if you play with at least one other more experienced guy that can kind of show you how to move around the map and always keep on capturing flags etc.

@Bl4ckFi3ld It depends on how much money you want to drop on a new system.

You'll definately need a quadcore with at least 3,2ghz/core to play it smoothly. You maybe don't need to play it on High or Ultra , but trust me you will definately want to play on Middle because Low really looks awful. Not awful, but it's really a gigantic leap from Low to Middle.

Graphics card, I'd recommend the HD6950 for best price/money value. I have the HD6970 , but I don't know how much better it is tbh

@Bl4ckFi3ld As for mainboard, RAM, harddrive .. that's basically a pick em. You'll want to have 4gb RAM, anything above is nice to have, but not needed yet. However, the prices are so ridiculously low, you might as well get 8, makes 10 bucks difference.

SSD is nice to have for very short load times, but any S-ATA HDD will do the job.
