The hasnro gunships are awesome but not to scale. The clone troopers head would actually be as tall as the neck on on the current figures

Just one little thing: the bubble turrets aren't actually supposed to have a pilot in them. It's actually supposed to be a regular trooper.

Yeah, I planned on putting plain white AOTC clones in them, but they're packed away and it was easier just to sit the pilots in the turrets for the time being.

Especially since the battle pack only comes with two pilots (which makes no sense to me; if you get two turrets, then you have two extra pilots).

I didn't mind the pilots, I actually needed a couple more to fill my gunships. I do wish the battle pack included two turrets though, for the twenty dollar price tag. I got mine as Christmas gifts, but I probably wouldn't have paid $40 for these myself. Not that they're not a good item, they're just a bit overpriced in my opinion.

I know what you mean when it comes to price. I got all three of my gunships for about $30 each, and now $30 buys you a sandtrooper and a dewback.

Right now, I have 4 bubble turrets, and I want two more for my "Whale Shark" gunship. I paid about $25 for each (except for one which I got for christmas). So far I've paid about $75 for the current setup I have. Worth it?...I would say yes, but no.

I've got the whale shark gunship and this clone wars one in the video. I've always wanted the AOTC and ROTS gunships, but not nearly as much as I've wanted the original clone wars command gunship. It's a shame these go far so much on ebay, I'll probably never end up adding them to my collection.

I wanted the command ship, too. Here's what I did: I took a ROTS gunship and just painted the green parts black. Honestly, I like the more weathered look of the ROTS ones more than the AOTC ones.

I like the weathered look as well, but I prefer the red over the green.

Why would they need them? If the troops in the cargo section are fine, them the troopers in the bubble turrets should be okay too (as long as there's some kind of air hole.

No, they clip in very nicely on the inside of the ship, very secure.
