  • I love this album. Joe Jackson continues to be so unsung. He captured the transition between the 1970's era punk to ska and beyond so brilliantly. I feel JJ's been robbed of his rightful place in the history of this time.

These songs still sound fresh, btw,

  • A perfect album. Every song, perfect. My 80s thank you, Joe.

  • @probrojeffro Totally agree

  • can anyone think of a joe jackson song, that is not characterised by a cynincal social commentry.

oi gforcepdx i am that younger audience that you refer to

  • So whats the point of posting half a song? This keep's the record company from pulling it I guess. Its a shame Joe signed away the rights to his first several albums . Who listens to this stuff anymore? God forbid Joe's early work might be allowed here on utube to be discovered by a younger audience.

  • If this was a complete link i could post it someplace. Tell other people about it. Educate the kids about some of these obscure early jewels. But nobody's going to post this, and so nobody's going to hear it, and some of Joe's most raw material will remain in some digital purgatory.
