Any chance of you coming to America for a month or two? I've tried motivating my wife, but she's stuck on this zoomba (sp?) stuff right now and getting very slow and minimal results. I told her if she's not sweating then she's not doing herself any good, but I was a hardcore bodybuilder and beginning to think maybe I am pushing her too hard. Until she gets serious, I don't want her at the gym with me. Am I being too tough?
what would you suggest would be a good way for an overweight person who's not used to working out when following your videos. Obviously that would be impossible for someone who's not accustomed to working out
there is no way i would ever be able to do that!
