Check crates at Adams. Multiple there. The wood crates just like where you found the first one. You can return to Adams via the metro.
Also two on a table at the Citadel's lab for the good ending. And, two available in the bad ending as well.
There's either 7 or 9 total, I think. Can't remember since I've used some for repairs.
Fun weapon. Love the way it looks in VATS.
