    the thing I don't like about CF is that it insists on doing high rep Oly lifts which doesn't make any damn since. Oly lifters rarely go above a few reps for their power works, maybe they'll go high rep (like 8) on back squats but thats it. And each set is done well rested. Doing something like 100 C&Js for time doesn't make sense to improve your oly lifts, maybe ok as a cardio workout. and Doing OH sqts while tired and timed is just dangerous.

  • niiiice, impressively good form I believe. Myself I have problems with too "sloppy" or I simply do it wrong, because my ass goes back on the way up which makes it harder for my back (Normal squats).

  • @klarum No, you misunderstood. It's bodyweight for 15 reps. Lifters tend to use "x" to denote the rep scheme.

  • overhead squats are deceptively difficult! I can squat 1.5 BW for 10 reps, and I can barely do one 1xBW overhead squat lol.....

    Some heavy back and front squats wouldn't go a miss to help it!
