i had a pair of emerica francis barrier kult edition and i had a hole clear through on the toe and a hole on the side in 3 days. but they skated so good.

dude i had the emerica francis too! Just my tongue was red and laces. And mine thrashed too. i think that shoe just can't keep together for shit. Or maybe its just emericas cause now i have hsu's and i've skated them like 5-6 times and they're already wearing.

theyre really good once theyre broken in =)

they have a lot of board feel and they are very comfortable(mainly cause they are high tops)but the grip goes quick(like most emericas)
