hey there CfEXenoN , I already download it from romhustler, but the disc two is BIN file. How did u use it?

at the first you start the plugin from Pec

then go on iso and start the game with iso finish! also Disc 1

yes I know that, the problem is, after I finished the havana's missions, and have to change to disc two, it freezed when loading the 1st vegas mission. do u know why? r urs crashed too?

Is that PEC cheat emulator your using? because i can barely get any response out of the turbo cheat with the cheat emu i use (CEP) unless I have GameCam active.
