  • I need some yoga I suppose. Every sport I do is just intense and makes me develop a lot of strength, speed and endurance... but I can hardly touch my ankles with my legs stretched =/ as flexible as an iron rod lol

  • Very good the way you explained and demonstrated step by step by lifting one part of the body first while the feet still touching the floor, then one foot up followed by the other. It makes it very helpful for us who find the pose very difficulty. Thanks so much Maria!
