What a great vid! My ''horse of a lifetime' had a horrific rupture in his superficial flexor tendon last aug and after box rest painfully slow rehab and months of walking on roads I hacked him round a stubble field tonight for the frist time. You have given me hope that maybe, just maybe I might get him back to the horse he was always meant to be!

beautiful video hun i was wondering what were the simptoms of Williow's hock collapsing? or getting arthorities because my loan pony has become lame, the vets really dunno what is wrong with her, they say that she may never be riden again if she doesn't improve, she could possible be put to sleep! as the vets don't understand what is wrong with her i thought of you and willow because you said what happened to him was rare, so possibly thats what could be wrong with my loan pony! x

What happened to her was the result of the treatment she was given for her arthritus so she won't have that. Sorry :(

aww isnt i strange how something so terrible can bring 2 things so close together, i have a horse that was hit by a car one day she got out and before that nobody could get near her with a saddle, it broke her leg and for about a year and everyday i could i would sit in her stall and talk to her and now she is better and i jump her and everything, she even does a little dressage. great video and good luck for the future.

It actually made me cry when it was the bit about you thought she was saying goodbye, it was so unbelievably sad. :(

Words cannot describe how proud you should be of you and your horse that you gave her the chance to live instead of just giving up on her.

that is truely amazing. And the way in which you stayed so strong. 1 of my horses broke its stifle as a 4mnth old colt and we fought tooth an nail to keep him alive against our vets wishes.... given 3/4 years of rest and turnout he has turned into an amaizng horse. Time heals alot of things. good luck
