its the Lincoln repeater in the beginning. you get it in the national archives or its the history museum. there right next to each other, easy to get gun but takes .44 which is kinda hard lol

Tho u will need to do something about that lag. As I told, on a laptop its difficult. Drop some video quality and shut down all redundant applications and program from the background.

how do you do that to the video quality and fallout 3 is in low

Just go in Settings in launcher menu and lower all advanced video settings and resolution. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete in windows and in manager window shut down all programs that are not required. Thet will always take some memory to run, so just shut them. If that doesn't help, Im sorry to say, but ur laptop is too slow :(

wat i did is lower my resolution to 1024 x 820 i thik its the letterbox size and put the bloom and hdr off and i can play fine on my laptop in high quality but not ultra high
