I disagree. I think it's only recently with Raising Malawi that she's put her money where her mouth is. She's also never talked about her fans taking action on the issues of the day as much as in recent years. If you watch the "Get Stupid" interlude you'll see that one hard candy song in particular changes completely in the context of the imagery associate with it.

Set 1 had a costume upgrade, Set 2 had two songs replaced as well as an MJ tribute and Set 4 had another song replaced. Some changes...still the same show though.
