you have to be master pilot and you need a POB, (a big ship)

The Dancer was a friend of mine, as far as pilot it's a Rebel Master Ship. As far as adv xwing you get it free for doing the mission in one of the systems its been a while since i've played but there is a rebel outpost where you have to do a mission involving disabling a corvette
