It's hard to tell watching it either live or on TV exactly what the mechanics of the move are, and that's purposeful, pro wrestling is a visual deception. I was actually trained to do this years ago and wouldn't attempt it now, it is risky and shouldn't be done just for the hell of it, but there's more dangerous information in public libraries. Idiots will hurt themselves regardless.
