@Mr1131988 That's bollocks. Riley was arguably the best thing that could've happened to Buffy boyfriend wise. She could never have a perfect relationship with Angel without him going crazy and killing all her friends. If you think Parker was good for her then you cannot grasp the character at all and the less said about Spike the better. Riley was a genuinely nice character with a lot of layers and a really complex psychological make up.
@Axel1051 I never said anything about Parker being good for her. For as long as Buffy was living the life she did, there was no way she could have a normal relationship let alone with a normal guy. Riley was a good guy, just not for her. What Buffy needed was someone who wouldn't feel insecure about all her strengths and at the same time take her for everything she is. Spike was able to give all that. Buffy never realized that until the last few episodes.
- I hated how Spike was turned into some lovesick, Buffy lovin' vampire. I missed his badass version. & I was upset that Tara died but honestly; she was boring to me. I loved Dark Willow & Dawn's character was completely ANNOYING.
MAKE A ONE OFF BUFFY EPISODE!!!!! just one episode since bringing back the show all together wont happen. They could incorporate it into the story the comics is currently telling!!! or be used as a bridge from season 9 into season 10 (comics)
Missing Alyson Hannigan/Willow, Anthony Stewart Head/Giles and David Boreanaz/Angel for it to be fully complete.
Other optionals I would've enjoyed: Joyce, Faith, Riley (he was a regular after all), Drusilla, Jonathan, Warren, Andrew, Harmony, Miss Kitty Fantastico :P

I love all the characthers, but I'd trade Cordelia and Andrew IN NO TIME with Willow And Giles. Andrew wasn't that big (not even on season 7) and Cordelia I think was kind of lost because they were mostly talking about season 4 and on (Hush/Once More With Feeling/Last Season/Buffy dead etc).
It's a shame that they couldn't come (I assume that's why, because they wouldn't just say no to that)

@tally388 So that means she can't maintain a more healthy weight? That's interesting because I think that most adults have the opposite problem of not being able to keep the weight off.
@coolfool32 she's not underweight, she's skinny, but I wouldn't say unhealthily so. but i'm more talking about her general body type and her face. As she grew older she would have lost puppy fat, especially around her face. she's also very pettite all over. i think it's more worrying when 6 feet women are that size. she's only 5'3

No other show or movie has meant so much to me. High school was very rough for me, and Buffy and the Gang got me through a lot of tough times. Even today, I watch the re-runs on tv, even though I have the dvds. It instantly makes me happy.
It really was and still is the best written and performed show on tv.

Season 6 was the worst of Buffy! I know most people say ssn 7 is worst but the last 3 episodes were beyond awesome with Caleb and Faith but ssn 6 was painful to watch. especially with those 3 idiots villains, please. anyone agree?
@meshzy13 Disagree. I think it was great that they made the main characters fail, and mess up, and show their flaws... And that it was Real Life that was the real problem. The villains were all humans, for once - and it was brilliant that the villains were 3 high school outcasts who just couldn't deal with real life and real relationships - like a dark side of the Scooby trio, who weren't coping with real life and were acting stupid and bad and messing up their lives and relationships.
@meshzy13 Certainly there was a strong Warren=Willow parallel (I noticed that far before the S7 episode "Killer in Me"): both former high school nerds who got addicted to supernatural power so they could never be that person again, and both used brainwashing to get back/keep their girlfriends; of course, I'm not saying that Willow was anywhere as bad. But it was fitting that she ended up as the real Big Bad of the season.
@dcshizz - I forget about dark Willow when commening previously. I enjoyed dark Willow, she rocks in ssn 6! but overall I was disappointed about the story line of ssn 6 :S

Season Six was awful. They made Buffy a slave to lust, a horrible sister, a bad friend and overall a bad example to girls everywhere. If I had a daughter I would only show her the first five seasons and lie that it ended there.

*SPOILERS*Is it weird that I found season 5 more depressing than season 6?
In season 5,Glory felt like a near-impossible foe (they jumped town in an RV!), Joyce got cancer and then died of a brain aneurysm, and finally, Buffy herself died.
In season 6, we had the Doublemeat Palace, OMWF, Tabula Rasa, kitten poker, the super-hot Spuffy arc (I mean they sexed a house to the ground. Come on). Is it just me and Joss who thought it was a funny season?

@ellenDportiaDRfan I agree. At that point, Joyce, Giles, Riley and then at the end, Tara was gone, and Buffy was never the same since she was teared out of "paradise". It was pretty hard watching her have to give up school and work to raise Dawn and be the adult at 20.

Before you guys forget Amber is not the only one to date fellow actor adam busch (warren). Willow is dating and married to and has a child by the guy who played Wesley on Buffy.
Even strong, independent women like some rough and tumble sex. So Buffy having a dark attraction for Spike and the rough, D/s sex he offers does not equal her being a weak, tortured character. It makes sense that someone carrying that much pressure would need a chance to be the one NOT in control, esp. in bed. A reformed Spike/Buffy pairing makes the most sense. She needs at least an equal in bed, not someone she might crush by accident.
I still can't believe this guys directing the Avengers movie, like they could'nt have made a better decision, if they actually went to his house and said "hey you wanna direct Avengers"? , and he's like " why not ".
I find it quite ironic that Amber Benson who played Tara is dating the guy who played Warren who in turn shot her and killed her off the show... Man, that is just plain weird XD

@dcshizz - I forget about dark Willow when commening previously. I enjoyed dark Willow, she rocks in ssn 6! but overall I was disappointed about the story line of ssn 6 :S

Season Six was awful. They made Buffy a slave to lust, a horrible sister, a bad friend and overall a bad example to girls everywhere. If I had a daughter I would only show her the first five seasons and lie that it ended there.

*SPOILERS*Is it weird that I found season 5 more depressing than season 6?
In season 5,Glory felt like a near-impossible foe (they jumped town in an RV!), Joyce got cancer and then died of a brain aneurysm, and finally, Buffy herself died.
In season 6, we had the Doublemeat Palace, OMWF, Tabula Rasa, kitten poker, the super-hot Spuffy arc (I mean they sexed a house to the ground. Come on). Is it just me and Joss who thought it was a funny season?
Maybe I should see someone about that as well..

@ellenDportiaDRfan I agree. At that point, Joyce, Giles, Riley and then at the end, Tara was gone, and Buffy was never the same since she was teared out of "paradise". It was pretty hard watching her have to give up school and work to raise Dawn and be the adult at 20.

@steelstrings87 Season 6 was darker because Buffy used to be a lot more fun before. She was more jumpy and childish. Then season 6 came along (or to be precise, Joyce's death) and suddenly she just stared into empty space and wishes she'd stay dead. All the other fun stuff just got overshadowed by how emo and cruel Buffy had become.

@Kirinet Yeah, except Joyce's death is in season 5! From that moment she kind of starts break apart from her jumpy childish ways, but its in season 6, after being raised from her grave that she gets REALLY dark!

@steelstrings87 Season 6 is my favorite, and to me it's not depressing at all. It's very interesting, exciting, and the most intense one. The ending when Willow cries and Xander is holding her is legendary. So, the end of Willow and Tara was sad, and made me cry, but it's not depressing. I mean, I didn't felt lame after watching it. It's a great season, really.

Even strong, independent women like some rough and tumble sex. So Buffy having a dark attraction for Spike and the rough, D/s sex he offers does not equal her being a weak, tortured character. It makes sense that someone carrying that much pressure would need a chance to be the one NOT in control, esp. in bed. A reformed Spike/Buffy pairing makes the most sense. She needs at least an equal in bed, not someone she might crush by accident.
