Acer is Better .. Im using a dell right now ( inspiron) , the webcam is Horrible , the speed is bad ( & i have intel core i5) its style sucks . My bro has a Acer Aspire ( intel PENTIUM ) and its a year old ( like my dell )and its FAST ! Good style and the webcam has a good quality .. im getting an acer aspire very soon ....

acer is pushin limits 4 real. its timeline is something that can only be compared to apple's airbook. n there's an actuall vid on youtube that does compare em. acer is matched up gud wit amd n dell matches up wit intel for sum horsepower like speed...only so it can overheat n F up ya pockets. So acer and amd is def da better deal.

Dell suck. Everyone I know who has bought a Dell pc has had issues. I use them at work and have had multiple failures. Even their servers die not long out of warranty. I have an acer laptop and Aspire One, they have both been great.

Hell no, are you kidding? It's a netbook... it's a single core processor, probably a 5400RPM drive with a gb of RAM. It's meant for basic computing like Internet usage and e-mail... not gaming.

Ok. I'm thinking of buying a dell mini 10v for school. I'm in college and have breaks of between 2-3 often, so I can use that time to do my homework, and use the internet, and why not listen to music straight from the computer.

So:can dell mini 10v run MS Word '07, itunes, and Firefox well all at the same time? Or will I have to close one of them to make it run smoother? I've watched many reviews here in YT.. and NO ONE has made one about the performance. HELP!!

honestly i recommend the 10... my uncle has the 10v, and basically its a cheaper model... if ur impatient and hate stupid computers, get the 10...if ur patient, and dont mind a few downgradedd features (screen for example) then get the 10v
