  • Had to log in to say I like this video. Accidentally hit it when the stupid ad, which I did NOT like, was on and I hit dislike for the ad. Hope it didn't register on this one. I was able to hit like, so hope didn't mess up your ratings too much.

  • @mtlyb No problem. The adds make me money, which keeps me making the videos so they are kind of a necessary evil.

  • Good idea! thanks for sharing!

  • good idea but them windscreen is called wrong should be a wind heat screen it does both

  • Right on. I've been looking for a light weight stove for wilderness hunting. Hadn't thought about a wind shield. Makes sense to have one. How much does the fuel weigh for 4 burns or two days?

  • @Landmine1 I use about 3 cups (24oz) of water per hot meal (Mtn. House freeze dried entree, Cup of hot chocolate, enough warm water for cleanup.) I can bring the 24oz to a full rolling boil in about 8.5 minutes and the stove will continue to burn for about 16 minutes on 2oz of fuel. What I usually do is put in 1.5 oz or so, boil my water, put out the stove, let it cool, and then pour the excess fuel back in. I would take 6-8oz for two days. Should be more than enough (be prepared).
