  • in minute 0.43 she looks like Stephanie Powers in "Hart aber Herzlich"....same time, cool idea, nice song, super lady

  • Very good!

  • qué recuerdos

  • I LIKE IT TOO

  • the 80s eurovision was the best.

  • Digaloo. Digaley?

  • i loved it, but feel the orchestration could have been stronger

  • love it, great performance

  • Wow, thanks for this, my friend - now, if you could only upload the French and Finnish entries from the same year (greedy, I know). As for the song itself, I must admit I was never a big fan of it personally: it just seems a bit too syrupy-sweet and old-fashioned (even by 1980 standards) to me, although I do see its appeal (and Paola's lively and energetic performance certainly lifts the song).

  • Oh, and also the Dutch one - after the loss of lugogaliza's account, those three are the ones from 1980 that can't be found anywhere else on YT. I'll make a similar effort to fill the gaps myself...

  • Okay, consider it work in progress.

  • Let me be offended on behalf of the "too syrupy-sweet & old-fashioned" set. LOL!

  • Good performance of an excellant song. Cinéma is one of my favourites from the ESC 1980, and it's still one of the better Swiss entries to the Eurovision. Shame it didn't win!
