You have to ge the Studio 12 version plus for HD so no HD for you, but I might be releasing my cracked version of Pinnacle Studio 10 Plus which supplies HD and can make movies in HD 720p and HD 1080i so you can have it for free. So you should subscribe so you can be updated and check out my videos which are new.

Did you click on Mpeg 2 and then click on the bottom HD 720p? Or did you click on Windows Media and click on the Bottom HDV/720p 30fps (Show Current)

Umm..this is pinnacle studio ultimate version 11 but they don't sell that anymore. Now it's Pinnacle Studio Ultimate Version 12. I have it. It's a really great software program.

You can do dvd publishing with pinnacle you don't have to save it in a format.

If you have a blu-ray burner then yeah but if you have a regular burner then no there's no way.

PART 3 OF 3 CONT'D.......and THAT IS THE FILE YOU CAN UPLOAD TO YOUTUBE..................it takes longer but looks GOOD.......AND WILL be processed and viewable in "HD".............for an example, search my username (JDHIV4) and check out either the "Crackdown..." video or the one with the fishtanks and that is what I did.............I had hi-def footage to begin with (mostly HD at least) but it DOES give the best results.

CONT'D OF MY FIRST PART...........THEN let Pinnacle do it's thing......when you are done, the program will have made two folders called "BDMV" & "Certificate"..........navigat­e into the BDMV folder, then of the 8 or so options...click on the "STREAM" folder and there should be only one file (maybe more but probably not)..called something like "0000.M2TS". THAT is your movie file...........it is a standard bluray file for Media-Transport-Stream2.......­..TO BE CONT'D INTO 3RD LAST PART.

ANOTHER OPTION...................Hi All....I currently use Pinnacle 12 Ultimate. This version (as well as some others) has the ability to burn to Blu-Ray DISC............even if you don't have a blu-ray burner.....................CHO­OSE THE "MAKE..DISC" option and go into the settings, make sure your quality is the highest and then click the "box" in the middle of one of the screens that says "create content but don't burn" (or something very similar to that wording).............CONT'D IN NEXT.

You can actually get better quality then the HD presets in MP4, DivX, And MPEG-2 by clicking on custom and keeping all of the same settings for HD, but slide the quality bar to the max. The file size will be a bit larger but it will have a higher bitrate.

For me, it worked with Windows Media

HDV 720/60P 1.280x720, and the HD icon appeared just a few minutes after uploading my video. BUT it didn't work when i used 5.1 surround sound...

AND it takes a lot of time to create the video file when it's HD so be careful xD

Well I never tried divx before, but I did do a Windows Media and Mpeg-4, and there is a quality difference. I would suggest mepg-4 for HD files.

Yeah, I did the tutorial, and while it was rendering it my computer crashed, so I re did the editing and rendering and I uploaded it. But when I upload it, the video says "Fail (unable to convert). I know I promise what I promise and I can't be break that promise. So since i'm so busy with school and everything. I'll try to upload it. I still have it saved on my computer.

I think so it will work. And I mostly use the mpeg-4 file because it does, HD, WideScreen, and It can compress the file size and still have that great quality.

Hi, i have pinnacle studio 10 quickstart which does have a high definition option, i need to PAY for studio 10 plus which costs £20.00. Problem is when i try to buy it with the automatic popup within the program after i confirm that I'll pay for it...The pop up goes blank...

I don't think pinnacle can handle that kind of resolution, pinnacle can only handle up to 1280X720.
