Czy istnieją znaczne różnice w nich?, Co myślisz jest lepsze?. Myślę o zakupie jednego i mam okazję kupić VX-2 używanych w idealnym stanie i bardzo dobrej cenie, lub kupić VX-3 ponownie. i just loved my (snif) vx-2r there. i got for 2year. but somebody stolen and got rid of my poor old vx-2r there.. it to me was a gold mine!!! take care ..
I own both as well. The VX-2R functions better and can easily be freeband modified. The VX-3R can only do MARS/CAP mods....unless someone knows something new about the VX-3R. The 3's selector knob on top is nice because it locks, and the radio receiver to listen to music is good for weather reports. But the receive on both sucks with the stock antenna. For the freeband option of the VX-2R, it wins in my book right there.
I saw someone talking about freeband mod for the vx-3 by flashing the firmware with a RIB (Radio Interface Box). Couldn't find any kind of guide though so I gave up.
