Not my cup of tea but it's his home. First, I have it on the ocean, not in the hills where it might fall off. I'd rip apart the stove and put it over against the window with a 20 counter top cutting board next to it and four feet of counter facing the ocean so when you're preparing/cooking you have the view and not the wall. I'd open up the bathroom windows with blinds that are electric and windows where you can't see in but out is great. I'd also get those green windows for the whole house.
