  • @vazza69

Ja, som du ser e det god plass - men ikkje flyg for nært flyplassen. Da blir dem bisk : )

  • Amazing video, excellent views!

  • @SpuriousEmission

    Thanks : )

  • you have a beautiful city, greetings from ny

  • @skizzery

    Thanks a lot : )

  • Awesome Video and flying. Beautiful country

  • @SpiralSweep

    Thanks : )

  • excellent video and good flying ! some great views . It makes me want a RC plane to use my zi8 with .

  • @evsynator

Thanks, I hope you'll have fun with yours : )

  • This video is really cool. And like one of your friends said, please add some music! (LOL). I must tell you that your first video, the one that you wrote is not edited, well, that one gave me the last push to buy my Zi8. And it's awesome! Now, where in the world is Tromso City???

  • @boricuandragon

Thanks, that's good to know : ) Tromso is the biggest city in northern Norway, it's also known as 'the gateway to the arctic'.

  • Beautiful country! Hope to visit someday.

This looks like a lot of fun. I just picked up a Zi8 recently and can't wait to start experimenting. Thanks for posting.

  • if you shot in 720p 60fps it won't be as jerky,You can only post 720p on youtube anyway,Really good video never the less

  • @EyesEveryWhere1

Thanks, but It was indeed shot using 720 p/60 fps. The reason for the jerkiness, was a slightly loose motor mount. Btw, youtube does have 1080 p now - but their bitrate isn't up to par. ( My '1993 Mercedes' vid is 1080 p/30).

  • I like this better than the last flight mate ! it looks stunning ,with all that snow on the mountings and flying past the sun and catching a beautiful lens flare ! Zi8 really performs well .

I noticed you showed a shot of the plane this time, and the location of the depron case was that for me : P

Getting my Steadicam for the Z tomorrow : )

  • @fisherboom

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. Yes, the lens flare looks kind of playful & funny - an added bonus I guess. &, the comment about the depron case sure was for you. : ) I just watched a vid about a steadicam for the Zi8, good idea.

  • @dragevo2 i think what would make these shots even better would be a wide angle lense.

Also dont cut the video to early on the landing i like that bit .Awesome stuff though mate

I tell you what would look really good ,is if you did a flight nearer to the water, this would mean traveling out and actually finding some where to take off and land though : P

  • @fisherboom

Thanks, lense will be ordered soon & next shoot will be out by the seashore - a few minutes drive from where I did this vid : )

  • @dragevo2

Cant wait for that ; ) and this time add music it make a big difference! there's nothing worse than looking a beautiful shots like your and having a listing to a droneing motor hehe

  • LOL, are you saying that you don't love the sound of those $6 motors ?? Haha, OK - I will try and add some music next time : )

  • @dragevo2 if you do go down the DIY steadycam route ,make sure the gimbal can fit your plane as well that would be awesome hehe

  • @fisherboom

I've already ordered a swashplate for a big rc heli ($10) as well as a rc car universal joint ($15) to use as gimbals. I will test both, to see what works best. As for the plane, I've just ordered the 'Cineflex V14 HD gyro stabilized gimbal' ; )
