@skyalmond The fact that they need to build Dyson Spheres speaks for how limited the Forerunners are in power production, though it's very impressive in the aspects of industry and resources. A Dyson Sphere would never be practical in SW anyway since it would cost to much and produce so little. But they have mini-Dyson Spheres which are used as automated factories to mine space-time from black holes.

@Bigbob329 It depends what warship you're speaking of. A Star Destroyer's main reactor produces the power of around 2400 teraton per second, not including secondary reactors. So 12.2 teraton would most likely be for one of their smaller anti-capital ship guns.

Covenant and UNSC fleet sizes have never been verified. As for the forerunners and the flood, yes they would win against the Empire. But the celestials, an old superrace like the forerunners, could create black holes or simply erase things from existence with their weapons, along with the Kwa, Vong, and Rakata, they cancel out the forerunners and flood. The Bedlam spirits are like the Q in Star Trek, omnipotent beings who can create life and toy with the space/time continum.

@shadowtygo Agreed, A single Acclamator class transport vessel is equally as powerful as 36 Covanent battleships and it is not even a fully dedicated combat vessel. Venators are well over 100 times as powerful as an Acclamator and Star Destroyers are 300 times + as powerful at standard. All in all dude, about 150 Venatos could defeat both the UNSC and Covanent over night.
@goblinglider01 I'd have you know a 9.98 teraton blast is enough to destroy any UNSC or Covananet ship in one shot, shielded or not. Star Destroyers like the Mrkii can dish out 800 teratons a second and their shields can take that every second for exatly 30 minutes before loosing shields. In comparison a UNSC can only dish out 1.17 teratons every 5 seconds. Halo ships would get their asses handed to them.

The best a UNSC ship can do is 11.7 Teratons every 5 seconds. @goblinglider01 Nothing was ever stated about the Forrunners ability to destoy planets with weapons etc. One did survive a 1.17 Teraton blast but that does'nt mean it will survive a blast which would turn a planet into a wasteland. A Shield world was destroyed by a Supernova while the Death Star's shields are strong enough to withstand one if it was right next to it. A Megaton blast was enough to destroy a Halo ring so an ISD would just one shot a Halo.

Armor was made of durasteel, or quantanium, the strongest element in the known universe. Star wars weaponry could peirce that. the Hull of imperial star destroyers where made of material 100x stronger then quantanium and shielding could take mac cannons for weeks even months

@1993Conner One of Durasteels components is neutronium aswell, Anicent technology and ships also have neutronium present in their hulls. Durasteel is suppost to be 300,000 times stronger than standard Steel aswell. The Titanium USMC ships use is'nt much harder than normal titanium, it is just more resistant to heat, F-304's hulls are stronger than that.

@1993Conner I think UNSC slipspace drives top out at the equivalent of warp 7.9 if you work it out using the TNG warp scale. Covey slipspace drives max out at about warp 9.8. Like you said Hyperspace drives even the slowest max out at several million c. Some even quadrillions times faster than light. The UNSC would'nt know what hit them.

Planetary Shields can block Supernova blasts and one also for a time blocked the Death Star's super laser. The Empire have weapons which can destroy stars and move planets with tractor beams. Even a Star Destroyer by itslef would completley destroy a planet in about 5 hours yet it took 36 Covey ships just to glass a surface.

@shadowtygo The Ark was destroyed when it was caught in the explosion after 004 blew itself up. Without the Ark all the other Halos are useless so activiating them is out of the question, besides if the rings were still active, using them will be stupid since the Halo forces would kill themselves while Droids and the Huut's etc would survive. Either way Star Wars wins.

Your right though, Clones were trained from birth and are armed with superior gear and weaponry. Being from a more advanced universe their tactics would be superior aswell. In the end of a battle between the two there will be alot of 1000lb bodies to pick up after it. Plus in Armor lock a Spartan can't move.

@shadowtygo Alos of you go by the Kardashev scale the UNSC, Covanent and the Forerunners are only type-2 civilizations and the CIS, Republic and the Empire are type-3. That scales says the Halo forces would'nt be able to stand up to the Star Wars forces. The UNSC and Covanent are not even capable of intergalactic travel.

i like both star wars and halo, but the 501st are grunts and that's it. they aren't special forces or anything. Get some ARC or NULL troopers for that. But Spartan-II's are special forces and have more at they're disposal then the standard armored grunts.Of course when it came to space, starwars is far more supperior due to the more plentiful advanced tech in their ships. So i think it would have to all be space based for Star Wars to win and ground based for Halo to win. Also, who's attacking?
@HeyLow0 Even ground based Star Wars forces will crush both the UNSC and Covanent combined. There are ground units like the SPHA walkers that can fire multi teraton particle beams like it's easy. Walkers like the AT-AT have blasters that can fire megaton-gigaton shots rapidly. Nothing that moves on the ground in Halo can dish out firepower like that, not even Scarabs which can barley make Kilotons. IN space the UNSC, Covanent and the Forerunner's will get slaughtered by the Republic/Empire.

@MrDrummer987 Well for one a Acclaimtor class ISD's shields can take 300,000 Gigatons before failing. It would take several SMAC's to create a blast of that magnitude. A Mrkii ISD can take over 3 times as much as an Acclaimtor can. The only other universe that could possibly take Star Wars on is Star Gate. UNSC ship don't even have shields, they won't last long at all.
@MrDrummer987 Noting a group of clones cannon handle. Besides The UNSC ground forces are far superior than any Covenant ground force. Take this for example it took 3 dozen Covanant ships to Glass the surface of Reach I believe in about half a day...., a single Acclamator class ISD as in the class we saw in Episodes 2 and 3 could turn a planet into a ball of molten rock by itself in rougly the same time. So that fleet that destroyed Reach would of been equal to about 10 Acclamators.

@onlypeaceindeath Covenents have shields too you know. A Spartan could easily wipe out all Clones and Battle Droids. Especially the droids. A small amount of Grunts have the weapons to take out about 100 battle droids. Plasma Pistols shut down technology.
@MrDrummer987 That depends on the battle droids. X-1 Vipers have enough firepower to compete with even some of the largest and most powerful ground vehicles. It's molecular shields are capable of absorbing tremendous amounts of energy and use it to boost its weapon power. Not even ion based weapons can shut down these droids. And Spartans would not be much better then Clone Commandos. A few thousan heavy battle droids would be enough to keep them away.

@skyalmond The fact that they need to build Dyson Spheres speaks for how limited the Forerunners are in power production, though it's very impressive in the aspects of industry and resources. A Dyson Sphere would never be practical in SW anyway since it would cost to much and produce so little. But they have mini-Dyson Spheres which are used as automated factories to mine space-time from black holes.

@Bigbob329 It depends what warship you're speaking of. A Star Destroyer's main reactor produces the power of around 2400 teraton per second, not including secondary reactors. So 12.2 teraton would most likely be for one of their smaller anti-capital ship guns.

Covenant and UNSC fleet sizes have never been verified. As for the forerunners and the flood, yes they would win against the Empire. But the celestials, an old superrace like the forerunners, could create black holes or simply erase things from existence with their weapons, along with the Kwa, Vong, and Rakata, they cancel out the forerunners and flood. The Bedlam spirits are like the Q in Star Trek, omnipotent beings who can create life and toy with the space/time continum.

Venators are well over 100 times as powerful as an Acclamator and Star Destroyers are 300 times + as powerful at standard. All in all dude, about 150 Venatos could defeat both the UNSC and Covanent over night.

Star Destroyers like the Mrkii can dish out 800 teratons a second and their shields can take that every second for exatly 30 minutes before loosing shields. In comparison a UNSC can only dish out 1.17 teratons every 5 seconds. Halo ships would get their asses handed to them.

The best a UNSC ship can do is 11.7 Teratons every 5 seconds. The only reason why the Rebels could mount an offensive against the much larger Empire was because they were using technology which was on similar parity and they were being funded and suppled with weapons and ships from thousands of star systems. 1, Halos races lack technology parity and they lack the economy and industries to go to war with a class 3 civilization like the Empire.

@goblinglider01 Nothing was ever stated about the Forrunners ability to destoy planets with weapons etc. One did survive a 1.17 Teraton blast but that does'nt mean it will survive a blast which would turn a planet into a wasteland. A Shield world was destroyed by a Supernova while the Death Star's shields are strong enough to withstand one if it was right next to it. A Megaton blast was enough to destroy a Halo ring so an ISD would just one shot a Halo.

@1993Conner Drones can slice up neutronium and practically any material, I think you would find that if it could cut through those it would clice up titanium quite easily.

@1993Conner One of Durasteels components is neutronium aswell, Anicent technology and ships also have neutronium present in their hulls. Durasteel is suppost to be 300,000 times stronger than standard Steel aswell. The Titanium USMC ships use is'nt much harder than normal titanium, it is just more resistant to heat, F-304's hulls are stronger than that.

@NANOFORGE ok i wasnt sure. but yeah. halo has no advantage. the slip space tech is so slow compared to faster than light tech. and the actual equation for a standard 2 class hyperdrives speed equals 787 quadrillion times the speed of light. there is no competition. it would be a slaughter.

@1993Conner I think UNSC slipspace drives top out at the equivalent of warp 7.9 if you work it out using the TNG warp scale. Covey slipspace drives max out at about warp 9.8. Like you said Hyperspace drives even the slowest max out at several million c. Some even quadrillions times faster than light. The UNSC would'nt know what hit them.

@goblinglider01 The Forerunners also neede to use portals to travel across intergalactic space while a SW ships can travel at Intergalactic speeds with standard FTL drives. Planetary Shields can block Supernova blasts and one also for a time blocked the Death Star's super laser. The Empire have weapons which can destroy stars and move planets with tractor beams. Even a Star Destroyer by itslef would completley destroy a planet in about 5 hours yet it took 36 Covey ships just to glass a surface.

@shadowtygo The Ark was destroyed when it was caught in the explosion after 004 blew itself up. Without the Ark all the other Halos are useless so activiating them is out of the question, besides if the rings were still active, using them will be stupid since the Halo forces would kill themselves while Droids and the Huut's etc would survive. Either way Star Wars wins.

@shadowtygo The rings are useless anyway since the Ark was burned to a crisp and the Empire could easily destroy them since they have no shields. Your right though, Clones were trained from birth and are armed with superior gear and weaponry. Being from a more advanced universe their tactics would be superior aswell. In the end of a battle between the two there will be alot of 1000lb bodies to pick up after it. Plus in Armor lock a Spartan can't move.

@shadowtygo Alos of you go by the Kardashev scale the UNSC, Covanent and the Forerunners are only type-2 civilizations and the CIS, Republic and the Empire are type-3. That scales says the Halo forces would'nt be able to stand up to the Star Wars forces. The UNSC and Covanent are not even capable of intergalactic travel.

@shadowtygo The UNSC and Cobey can go ahead an activate the rings, the will just kill themselves while Droids would surivive. The Rings were also only stated to effect sentient life-forms which are of a certain bio-mass aswell, they were never stated to be able to penetrate shileds or effect technology.

i like both star wars and halo, but the 501st are grunts and that's it. they aren't special forces or anything. Get some ARC or NULL troopers for that. But Spartan-II's are special forces and have more at they're disposal then the standard armored grunts.Of course when it came to space, starwars is far more supperior due to the more plentiful advanced tech in their ships. So i think it would have to all be space based for Star Wars to win and ground based for Halo to win. Also, who's attacking?

@HeyLow0 Even ground based Star Wars forces will crush both the UNSC and Covanent combined. There are ground units like the SPHA walkers that can fire multi teraton particle beams like it's easy. Walkers like the AT-AT have blasters that can fire megaton-gigaton shots rapidly. Nothing that moves on the ground in Halo can dish out firepower like that, not even Scarabs which can barley make Kilotons. IN space the UNSC, Covanent and the Forerunner's will get slaughtered by the Republic/Empire.

Droids are also extreemly intelligent and have such advanced computers that make Cortana look like TV remote

@MrDrummer987 Well for one a Acclaimtor class ISD's shields can take 300,000 Gigatons before failing. It would take several SMAC's to create a blast of that magnitude. A Mrkii ISD can take over 3 times as much as an Acclaimtor can. The only other universe that could possibly take Star Wars on is Star Gate. UNSC ship don't even have shields, they won't last long at all.

@MrDrummer987 Noting a group of clones cannon handle. Besides The UNSC ground forces are far superior than any Covenant ground force. Take this for example it took 3 dozen Covanant ships to Glass the surface of Reach I believe in about half a day...., a single Acclamator class ISD as in the class we saw in Episodes 2 and 3 could turn a planet into a ball of molten rock by itself in rougly the same time. So that fleet that destroyed Reach would of been equal to about 10 Acclamators.

@onlypeaceindeath Covenents have shields too you know. A Spartan could easily wipe out all Clones and Battle Droids. Especially the droids. A small amount of Grunts have the weapons to take out about 100 battle droids. Plasma Pistols shut down technology.

@MrDrummer987 That depends on the battle droids. X-1 Vipers have enough firepower to compete with even some of the largest and most powerful ground vehicles. It's molecular shields are capable of absorbing tremendous amounts of energy and use it to boost its weapon power. Not even ion based weapons can shut down these droids. And Spartans would not be much better then Clone Commandos. A few thousan heavy battle droids would be enough to keep them away.

@MrDrummer987 Soyou saying a Spartain can beat a destroyer droid?, a Magna Guard that are designed to kill Jedi. The Master Chiefs armor and shield would be penetrated with ease by a Blaster. LAAT drop ships would cut through any Halo veichle with no effort.
