@Thoralmir There's another theme park in Hong Kong called Ocean Park. They hold Halloweens like this every year; Disney's got to find a way to compete. Coupled with the fact that Asian horror stories are incredibly creepy and Halloween is a popular holiday in Hong Kong, it's pretty much why Hong Kong Disneyland has the most hardcore Halloween celebrations compared to the other parks.

And oh, is it hardcore.

@Idude893 Yeah? Well Walt Disney World has to compete with Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights every year, and all they seem to do is Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Parade. Oh, and the Headless Horseman thing in the woods near Ft. Wilderness, but still.

i went there last oct 31,2009 and i ended up having a sore on my feet... my feet was being stepped on by some scary people im with.. gheee...

the only part i got scared was with the lady on bed. i though it was a manequin.

I went there and I was totally not scared, why should I when they are all humans? They were scared of me! Alien invasion is horrible - I hate monsters! It's ok when I can still see humans pretending to be ghosts, but with the whole body covered in a monster costume - I'm terrified!

I thought that this year they made it scarier because last year, a lot of people didn't think it was scary enough and went to ocean park instead, so Disneyland was losing money. but thats just my opinion

haha. u should go this yr. coz they're definitely gonna make it better. i went to last yrs one and it actually scared the hell outta me at some parts. the only thing that was a downside is that they were speaking cantonese so i couldnt understand what they were saying. hahaha

It's because Ocean Park in HK make very scary stuff during Halloween, HK Disney will lose a lot of customers, so they do this to get more people to go there.

Btw, I went there once, oh, it was so scary I told myself I'm not going to HK Disney's haunted houses

i think it is much scarier than the haunted mansion because the haunted mansion is part walk and part ride while the haunted hotel has shaking objects, shaking floors.....

but it's much more scary than the haunted masion and as if it looks like a movie and i wanted if it's like a thing in hong kong disneyland where you go inside and walk in the haunted hotel my cousin told me about it me and her want to go there when we go to hong kong next year it will be fun and scary AT THE SAME TIME! it will be cool and exciting i can't wait to go there i will come back and tell everybody and even my friends and you guys on youtube about it soon.
