She's on her way! A funny thing with my niece and nephew, twins... at like 4-5 years old, the girl was better at catching and throwing than the boy. He surpassed her within a few years and now at 14 it's no contest, as she's given up sports. Must be a nature and nurture thing.
@hawaiidispenser girls mature faster and are pretty even in the beginning, but once a boy hits puberty and gets strength/size/speed. it's over. in tennis, girls can compete evenly until about 12--but after that, the biggest separation is the serve and spins.
