Hi Sadie! I am just starting to practice yoga, and it feels really great! i'm 27 and i was watching some of your videos of advance poses, some of them require a lot of flexibility (backward bending for example). is it possible to achieve that level of flexibility even at my age? Thnx

i watched your power half hour videos, all 4 parts. and i'm just wondering, are you supposed to do ... like part 1 one day, part 2 another day, part 3 another etc? or are you supposed to do all 4 parts in 1 day. or lets say, part one everytime for a week or something. please replyy!! :)

After that, you will start noticing that you're re-working your body composition to be less fat and more toned. Every body is different, but all you can do is go for it, and it will work for you the best way.
Im 14 yrs 5'5 and weigh about 194 lbs. I would obviously like to slim down and also i dont want to much muscle build. My main goal is to be slimmer and have more toned body parts. Thanks!

You can do the yoga anytime you feel like it's good time of the day for you. It's all up to your schedule. I like mornings because it gets it over with before the day can get in the way:) Do one hour 3-4 times a week, or as close to it as you can get. Eat well, and you'll see results in no time. I hope your hamstring feels better--let me know. I didn't see this page had comments till today, so sorry for my delay! You can do exercise now, just go easy and don't over bend forward. Use the muscles you're stretching by contracting your muscles a bit whole lengthening them, and this can help prevent injury.
hi,sadie!i had injured my hamstring during my yoga session by doing forward bending. can i still doing the vinyasa flow?my hamstring not flexible as before and its hard to do forward bending. thanks!
