This engine was highly modified and was not burning diesel at all, it burns methanol. Blew everything off above the crank.

Over losvliegende onderdelen, ik ben wel eens bij Drag-racing wezen kijken (1/8-mile sprint)

En heb daat zo'n top-fuel machine zien exploderen dat er dus fragmenten motor in het publiek belanden gelukkig geen gewonden. Maar die motortjes lopen op een megsel van Methanol en nitromethaan, daar had die exploderende motor ongeveer het zelfde effect als dit.

Alleen hier zit nog plaatwerk rond de motor wat de eerste klap iets opvangt, maar zo'n 8000pk topfuel-chevy-big-blok is open en bloot.

De man op de bok zal het ook best even warm hebben gehad.

En dan heb je nog het probleem det je methanol niet ziet branden.
