  • Great stuff!!! I use many of these products for my training. Since my stroke I have used the pre-workout formula to help with my recovery and also to achieve my goal of running 40 km (I recently achieved) Now I am planning a tour. Seven miles in seventy cities. Thanks for all the great ideas and some fantastic inspiration! Way Of The Dove.
