what the hell is the point its nt a real motorbike nt a real cycle youll need a licence on the road and not powerfull enuff to go off road wot a load of rubbish
did you think of improving the cylinder and sale high performance ones ? There's a lot that can be done on the cylinder, like changing the areas of the transfer ports, and changing the timing of the blow out, etc etc. Also would be great if you could do a piston with more material on the crown to raise compression to about a decent 9:1, I think stock is like 6.5:1
If a motorized bike is legal in your area to start with , the addition of the pipe alone will not make it illegal in itself unless you have certain speed restrictions in place that the pipe may allow you to exceed. Also, if your bike comes equipped with a Catalytic converter (believe it or not some actually do), the removal of the stock setup and use of this pipe may conflict with EPA regulations (much like doing mods to a car)....The sound level of the pipe is about stock. Thanks! Andrew
I like your sprockets! I've been waiting three days for a machine shop to enlarge the center hole to the 2.052" necessary to clear my disc break hub and if it's not ready, you will be getting a call from me quite soon. When will the tuned pipe be available? Also, I live in SF, CA where I need the motor to by big butt over some rather big hills (Twin Peaks). I'm running a 44T on a 24x2.1 tire/rim. Will a bigger gear help?
Thanks for the comment...Stay tuned for our next build....A full suspension bike WITH multiple gears for the engine!!....AND we will hopefully be making those for sale in the future!
Check with state laws. For example, motorized bicycles are allowed in California provided that they do not exceed a specific and that they can still be operated using the pedals.

How much milimeters does the disc hub come out? How much should the sprocket come out in order so you would not have any chainline issues?
