Personally, I really enjoy the ATU covers of the songs. I feel like, where the Beatles versions of most of them, though brilliant, and classics, were a bit more...upbeat, the ATU versions are...deeper, darker. They are full of emotion and story, as they should be, being part of a musical.

I thought the movie was alright.

My favorite part in the whole thing was the singing. I love The Beatles' songs, but for some reason I don't seem to like them when they're actually sung by The Beatles. I'm not saying that they're bad, they're one of the best bands EVER.

All I'm saying is that I think that they're songs were very well done in this movie. The meanings were jumbled around a bit to make them fit the storyline of the movie, but hey, what choice did they have?

I had a 700 character explanation why you're mistaken, but screw it I'll say it simply. As soon as the actor's open their mouths to speak, the movie is temporarily ruined. Why? Because the dialogue is sub par at best, the same goes for a few of the actors as well. The worst was Lucy. Other wise the visuals were wonderful and so were the voices....there...now yell at me

The dialogue in the movie feels as though it is forced nostalgia, as though the issues didn't come up in the writing as much as the writing was fluff between the issues. To be more candid I'd say that dialogue itself was simply uninspired and average compared to the music and visuals they created. The actors also varied in skill. Lucy wasn't very good at all, she sounded like a high school actress(I feel this way mostly because of her movements). The others were mostly "okay" except for Max+ MrK

Its a short version because the rest of the song is not very flattering about the 'Girl'. It goes on to basically describe her a a bitch, and I dont think they wanted that for the movie.
