After receiving a "C" type clamp to compress and remove my cylinder heads' valve springs, I found that it didn't fit properly and might even cause scratches on valuable areas. I watched your video and went right out to find the local Snap-On dude.... So dang happy I got one today(he only had one left). This unit works so good on this cylinder head setup, I'm still amazed. Thanks for posting grjr!
Great video. I actually just bought myself one for christmas as a result of your video, and the practicality of the tool. It's awesome and at a great price! BTW Im Not sure what the last response's purpose or relevance is. Didn't find it as a useful tip for this particular video. My advise...Next time just enjoy the video
sweet tool saw it looking for a valve spring compressor for that exact head. just wanted to give u a tip i was given on removing valve springs on domestic OHV heads. i have the bar tool that bolts to where the rocker arm mounts and the head has to be mounted to use it. if not removing the heads, the easiest way is to push a nylon rope into the spark plug hole and bring the piston up. if you put a balled up rag under that valve it may be easier for you if you have both hands.
