It's an interesting idea to assign the Arbiter role to a girl. In fact, it's a very good idea. Have you considered letting her wear grey instead of black and white?

While there is no problem with her being a girl...she needs to pick an octave to sing in. I'm playing the Arbiter right now, and the song loses all power without a soaring chorus...it doesn't work if it's in a lower octave than the bridge.
