i love the deftones alot, but they are a studio band as far as im concerned, this is worse when i saw them on family values a couple yrs ago. some of his performances are great on youtube, but this is painful!

Pah, this band can cut it fucking anywhere. This performance has everything; passion, musical ablility and most importantly: DEFTONES. Also, Chino was pretty drunk at this festival so cut the man some slack!!!

Thats why I love 'em, the fact that yeah sometimes Chino cant hold a note for that long, but it really doesnt matter, as for what they lack in musical prowess, they make up for in passion. Man... Chino varies alot when it comes to live performance. Sometimes he really can do it, other times he really can't. This was one of the worst performances I have ever seen of him tbh. He couldn't even scream like he should've.
