It is small but it makes up for it by being damn bright, but it's very blue; apparently scientific research has "proven" that this particular wavelength of light is best...It seems to either work for people, or it doesn't. I'm trying it again this year to see if it makes me less tired all the time; last year I only got it in December so it didn't get much of a chance to work. And apologies for the music ;)
I'll be honest, I don't think it's made a lot of difference. I've been using it most days once a day for 15 minutes at a time. It's not made me feel any worse but I can't say I'm jumping with energy like some reviews suggest!
@Dw1morberg Its abit small, also seems like it has a blueish tint to it, and I dont think that will do alot if you have the Blues...Iv seen other SAD Ultra Bright Bulbs that give off a bright white illumination and they seem better.
