I don't know how you roll, but I thought it was great.
He landed on the balls of his feet, and planted his hands firmly and quickly. He rolled diagonally across his back, causing no stress. He pushed off with his hand and same-side leg, and if he were actually parkouring and now just king-konging for the sake of demonstration, he would have easily been able to maintain his flow.
Well, the actual ROLL wasn't horrible, but when he got up it was nasty. He used his knee to get up, and if he did that on concrete he'd have problems walking for a day or two...
Hrm, still don't know what you're referring too. We get up off our knee all the time. Not really the knew, actually, it's really more the lower leg. The knee doesn't really touch the ground, and if it does in this example, again, it's because this wasn't really a parkour vault, just a vault for the sake of this demonstration video.
We use the lower leg and hand on the opposite of the collapsing elbow to push off the ground, and continue our momentum. We've never "had problems waking up" though.
That roll was hideous =/

Oh really? What was wrong with it, do you think?

So where do you think he went wrong?
