Imitrex Generic Version

I'm asking this question for a friend of mine who has had alot of trouble with the cost of her Immitrex pills and the generic pills. What is the cost difference between injectible and pills in both the brand name and generic. Do you find that you use less when using the injectible tha you would with the pills? I'd be very interested to know your experience with this.

mine are always blue....

The blue ones are 6mg, but they work the same.
