The Prime Minister is right. I do value what Anna Hazare has done, there was tremendous need for a catalyst but he cannot make laws. Then it would be living in Sharia society where justice is done without the bureaucracy. The policy he came forward with is cumbersome. It would require creating another bureaucratic body, it's a slow process but it will reap a lot of benefit for our country(India)
