I was going to Trillium long before this theater actually closed, because the screens and speakers were in bad shape. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you can't hear or see it.
I hope that someone buys the building though, and fixes it up. It just needs good management and loving care...things that it lacked in its last days.
This theatre was closed due to terrible management. They had great management through the 90's and until about 2001-2002, then things started changing for the worse. Soon after that they sold it and that guy ran it into the ground, leaving it to be run by horrible managers. They lost most of thier business before Trillian opened or the economy went bad, so thats just an excuse.
I'm praying that God gives this building to my family's new church :)

Sadness ensues. I think the Trillium in Grand Blanc may have helped play a part in its demise.

Nice on supporting your local bussinesses, now I have to drive 20 miles to see a movie. And to those at Fenton Cinema, thank you for all the years.
