  • @truekop90 Yup me too! Now I hate eating fatty foods and I also make sure that I will exercise at least 3 times a week! I am also using diet methods on WeightLossAction.Info, and I must say that it helped me improved and developed a better body.

    just eat enough food and avoid being full

    and don't eat that much while you are not hungry

    diet is still the best way to lose weight and exercise makes you in shape

    exercise makes your body proportioned

  • okay eating nothing at all is sooo bad for you. like seriously. it ruins your matabulism so when you when you dont eat for like 3 days when you finnaly eat you gain weight.
