okay eating nothing at all is sooo bad for you. like seriously. it ruins your matabulism so when you when you dont eat for like 3 days when you finnaly eat you gain weight.

just eat enough food and avoid being full
and don't eat that much while you are not hungry
diet is still the best way to lose weight and exercise makes you in shape

BUT that`s not always possible..
when you work on a office and you have a great canteen..;-)
