Bad Company 2 is the greatest First Person Shooter in the last 15 years. It is better than each and every other video game. If you haven't previously, you will want to dl it via BFBC2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ). Me and my buddies did it and it works remarkable.

What kind of FPS are you getting while frapsing?.

I got an i5 750, 4GB ram 1600mhz DDR3, ATI 5850 1GB GDDR5 and 2x WD 640GB 7200RPM.

When i'm recording at Full-Size on FRAPS...i'm getting around 22-24 fps.

Obviously if i dont use Fraps...i'm at 60 FPS 1680x1050 all HIGH..except Shadows at medium.

Is that normal?.

Quite poor gameplay, you don't really spot as much as you should. Also when you are piloting you're not suppose to get yourself loads of kills, you're supposed to help your gunner get kills as thats his main job.

What are you smoking? I spot constantly, literally sometimes 2-3x a second. My Q key is virtually on rapid fire.

I wasn't trying to get kills as the chopper pilot, I was trying to avoid the AA guns. You didn't see it in the footage, but they had excellent AA gunners while I was recording the piloting footage. They were on the ball.

I think one of the coolest moments in this demo is of course being In the heli under fire... and being on the ground under fire... from the heli.

Nobody can fly the heli's on the consoles.I got pretty good so I always end up being the pilot,but I like to be on the turrets,or gattling guns. Every time I let somone fly they go straight up and immediatley straight down UP-sidedown.

I love this game, so far maybe a demo only, but its awesome. Can't wait for the full game. I gotta say, although many games are fast paced and action focused, BF:BC2 provides awesome cinematic moments (a highlight for its multiplayer) that no other game can compare to, while having great balanced game play.

Anything can be overpowered in the hands of someone good. :) I've had my biggest killstreaks believe it or not in a tank, not a heli. You can see in this video I showed just a minute or so of tank shelling, imagine that with two engineers as backup. I was playing it safe behind the rocks simply because I didn't have an engineer.

The beta allows some unlocks, and level 11 can be reached.  After that everything caps off. I hear you guys on the 360 get access to secondary fire?

On the 360 you can only unlock the 870CMS shotgun and the dart pistol thing. That's the special weapons you can unlock. You can get one extra weapon in each class other than that. And you can max get to lvl 2. I bet you can go higher, but you need like 3 million XP or something xP

Try different servers, some of them are definitely not suited to hosting BFBC2. The myinternetservices servers seem to be the best for me.

Well, right now there are bugs with joysticks so I'm forced to use mouse / keyboard. The pilot seat is pretty simple to adjust to. There are safeguards to prevent rolling too hard, so that should help.
