  • in sultan time zanzibar was rich island , kromi bastard destroyed every thing. we have example of oman , same family is ruling there. see the difference between democracy & kingdom! Democracy is the name of poor & hungry life,.

  • i went to tanzania, first i went Tanga after that to Zanzabar i like it vry much. iam frm Oman

I look forward for it! :-)

  • mungu awasamehe zambi nakuja kuwaona ndungu zangu znz

  • reminds me one little detail i am flying home like i flew here 20 years ago....youtbe yeah flying stop over in Europe preferably in Amsterdam like i did on my way here perfecto.....

  • Zanzibar

This is the finest place I have known in all of Africa to rest before my final journey.

An illusive place where nothing is as it seems.

    I am mesmerised......

    David Livingstone, 1866

  • good history I was trying which explorer said that..I feel the same too....

  • I mean the whole concept of Zanzibar even the traditional folksongs/dances

  • its still inviting and cool a magarita'd set the mood not goin' nowhere still come back to u I can say i m loyal n faithfull except for....well whatever!!!!

  • this is my little 'sanity' corner oh it feels so good here soothing innocent no one has poisoned it once again I love the song the singer is just as expressive artiste' and beautiful I know the difference thanks for having me in this self made corner loving it.!!!!I dont need any pictures I have my own in my mind and dreams, I dont think I II get tired of 'my corner' any time soon drink one on me!!

  • Thanks for compliments. Happy to read that someone enjoyed seeing the slideshows as much as I enjoyed doing them :-) Cheers

  • come to find the g-man is from Spain he made another video in Kenya under 'safari in Kenya' this man is theeeee boooomb love not like love all his work - job well done beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder what a compliment when someone can look at your work/woman and say thats a work of ART beautiful at its finest yet he looks like a 'regular guy' in shorts

  • why am I obsessed with this short vid n song

if you look careful your 1st observation is yup its gloriously beautiful, look alittle closer it was a sea port for slavery on the video I guess it depicts Life in general. Zanzibar can accept slavery as part of its History as well as a tourist resort of beauty for a blind tourist like me

  • beauty to the teee song is in 2 languages which I can speak b/ground belly dance fusion funkadelic

  • i just came back from zanzibar,,, i also got my clip,,, wat i see from ur pictures is wat i saw in zanzibar i had a really good time and so relax

  • contrary to popular believe it looks hot but not humid

the palm trees clear ble waters and skies and the food is mmmmm make u wonna slap your momma no ofense mommaz of the world. I m glad u enjoyed and relaxed that what its for ....'would u carry me over the sky I think this at the moment is my signature song walaaaa 'warembo jamani Zanzibaree'

  • TRULY THE man has magic eyes and hands I agree he will not dissappoint chill look at his work awesome

  • In 1968, those beaches were afloat with Arab corpses.

When on a holiday in Africa, don't turn your back on Africans with machete's.

  • Wow what a nice island, paradise!!!!!

  • Nice trailer for my upcoming Zanzibar holiday. And there's nothing shitty about arab music...

  • This video is just too good..znz is my hometown..and i left it 3 months ago..i really miss it..and this video brought back the memories!!

  • Fantastic video.

  • funtastik

  • About Stone Town... it's a beautiful place, full of history, and food was delicious!!! The biggest shrimps I've ever eaten :D

  • The ressort is a little far from Bluebay (30 mins drive) and is called "Hotel Sultan", which is one of the finest Hotels in the isle, great hospitality, great food and some beautiful personalized hotel rooms.

  • I just put the music I thought could fit with what I lived and sensed there. Zanzibar is all due to Arabic and Muslim culture, and even though it is in Africa, some Bongos would have been out of place in the same way Flamenco wouldn't fit in Portugal even being in it the Iberic Peninsula :p .

  • You are absolutely right!

  • Zanzibar is one of my fave places! I love Stone Town the most, especially the food there!

Regarding Arabic music, well Zanzibar's stone town was due to Arabic culture, isn't it?

  • I was in Zanzibar on July of 2005 and is incredible. I hope come back. I believe the resort is Bluebay Watch, it´s possible? Fantastic video congratulations!

  • zanzibar is a real nice place but you shoul´ve put some bongo flava instead of this shitty arabic music.
